Return & Refund Policy – Baked Goods

Our bread and baked products are perishable, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not fresh, you may qualify for a refund or replacement.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or a replacement may be provided.

Return shipping is not required for faulty items. Items that are consumed, partially eaten, or affected by delayed pickup beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
